These terms apply to purchases made through codychamberlainart.com and the linked Stripe checkout.

Support
Orders
Print releases are offered subject to availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes, shipping charges, and the final total are shown in Stripe before payment is submitted.
An order is not accepted until payment is successfully completed. If a listing is posted in error or a print becomes unavailable, the order may be canceled and any payment returned.
Shipping
Orders are accepted only for shipping addresses in the United States. Shipping timing may vary based on print release schedule, packing, and carrier transit times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.
Returns
All print sales are final. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference after delivery.
If an order arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, email support@codychamberlainart.com within 7 days of delivery and include the order details plus clear photos of the issue. A replacement, store credit, or refund will be offered when the claim is confirmed.
Artwork rights
Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright, licensing rights, or reproduction rights in the artwork. Images, text, and artwork on this site may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Disputes and updates
Updated terms take effect when they are posted on this page with a new effective date. The version in place at the time of purchase applies to that order.
